Takeover will combine fluorspar miner with downstream chemicals production

Ineos Group, the UK-based chemicals giant, has agreed to sell its fluorochemicals business to Mexican fluorspar producer Mexichem Fluor SA. for $350m.


The deal includes all Ineos Fluor operations in North America, Europe and Asia which, after the transaction, will have an annual sales revenue of $500m., according to...
