Chinese energy hikes hit fused minerals; mixed week for rare earths and TiO2 pigment
prices look to be on the rise as miners wages were
increased recently and producers will need to recover their
costs. An increase of around $3/tonne is expected, which would
take Chinese drilling grade, API, unground lump FOB China, to
$69-$71/tonne going into June.
