Rare earths rising, zircon and chromite firm, while antimony and lithium steady

Prices for the cerium oxide out of China are all over the place this week. The underlying price of cerium oxide (99%) is increasing, and reports indicate prices ranging from $7/kg to13.50/kg for the material, but a considerable premium is being whacked on top to cover Chinese export licence fees....
