Marius Kloppers says PotashCorp is poor fit for takeover by a non-miner

The chief of BHP Billiton Plc, Marius Kloppers, said it unlikely that rival companies will compete to acquire Canada’s Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan, commenting after speculation of interest from Chinese group, Sinochem Corp.
