Chinese producers look for $50/tonne price hike, but demand growth uncertain

Chinese graphite producers have put forward a second $50/tonne price hike across all grades, going against the annual trend of falling prices in the third quarter.

The Chinese Graphite Association was also reported to be looking for another $50/tonne, but this has not yet been realised.
