USITC rules Chinese and Mexican MgO-C brick imports injure US industry

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has ruled that the USA’s magnesia-carbon brick industry has been materially injured by subsidised imports from China and Mexico, in line with the Department of Commerce’s decision in late July (IM September 2010: China found guilty of refractory brick dumping).
