Indian detergent manufacturer opposes new duty which will raise import prices

The Detergent Manufacturers Association of India (DMAI) is vigorously opposing moves to impose an anti-dumping duty on soda ash imports by the Ministry of Finance. The organisation fears price increases for soda ash, one of its main raw ingredients, according to the Times of India.
