Sulphur rising, REOs steady, chromite Q4 hikes; and are DBM prices softening?

Sulphur is on the rise rising this month, with prices for material from Vancouver and the Middle East being hiked.

Firm Indian buying has strengthened prices, although the closer they come towards the $200/tonne mark, CFR China, the more resistance there will be from buyers, especially the Chinese.
