Graphite, barytes and rare earths on the rise; spodumene set for 2011 hikes

Prices of barytes from China were on the rise this week as the US dollar continued its run against the Chinese renminbi, according market sources.

Chinese drilling grade and chemical grade material were said have risen by over 5%, while Indian drilling grade material also firmed.
