Soda ash shocker; graphite rises in store; potash, perlite and iron oxide firming

A dramatic price increase of $60/tonne, in addition to the recent $30/tonne rise, is in store for natural US soda ash buyers outside the USA.


ANSAC, the US export sales agency, is putting up its prices from 1 January 2011, or as contracts and commitments allow.
