Russian fertiliser producer wants to override regulator’s approval of price hike

Leading Russian potash producer Uralkali has signed a deal for supply contracts with fertiliser producers PhosAgro and Eurochem for the minimum export price for potash, raising prices by about a third over 2010 levels.
