Great Western Minerals will bid $16m. to buy out joint venture partner Rareco

Great Western Minerals Group (GWMG) will offer to acquire its South African joint venture partner, Rare Earth Extraction Co. (Rareco), for about rand (R) 113m. ($16m.) to take full control of the Steenkampskraal rare earths project.
