Announces TiO2 prices increases as supply tight, especially in North America

Major titanium dioxide pigment producer, Cristal Global (Cristal) has lifted its declaration of force majeure on titanium pigment products from its Ashtabula plant in Ohio, USA. Despite the fact the operation is back up and running, pigment supply in North America is predicted to be tight going into 2011.
