Further increases forecast for Q1 as supply struggles to keep pace with demand

Premium grade zircon prices are escalating fast as material remains in short supply, particularly in the Chinese market for opacifiers.

Inventories are low worldwide, with Chris Cobb of major zircon producer Iluka Resources saying that deliveries the group’s US and Australian mines are “hand to mouth”....
