Australian producer agrees to acquire 20% of Lithium One’s James Bay project

Galaxy Resources has agreed to acquire 20% of the James Bay lithium project in Quebec, Canada, for C$3m. ($2.96m.) and could take a controlling stake with further investment, the Australian company said.
