Indian fertiliser producer targets half of Russian phosphate mine production from 2012

India’s state-owned Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers (RCF) plans to acquire a 25% stake in a phosphate mine owned by Russian fertiliser producer Acron Group for $366m., according to press reports.
