London-listed group aims to develop sulphate of potash project in north England

Sirius Minerals Plc has acquired potash explorer York Potash Ltd for £25.1m. ($39.9m.), giving it the mineral rights to a potash prospect on the north-east coast of England, the London-listed company said.
