Chinese manufacturer plans to double ultra-high graphite electrode output

China Carbon Graphite Group Inc. plans to start producing ultra-high graphite electrodes at its new 30,000 tpa plant in China in June 2011, the company said.

 

The plant will focus on manufacturing ultra-high graphite electrodes with a diameter ranging from 600mm to 800mm, fine grain, and high-purity graphite.
