SiC Processing expands in China on solar demand

German group invests €45m. in new silicon carbide recycling capacity

German silicon carbide (SiC) group SiC Processing plans to add five production lines in China after securing new contracts with three Chinese solar wafer producers.

The company’s plants recover and recycle used sawing suspension slurry to provide SiC to photovoltaics industries.
