Australian explorer close to sealing 18m. tonne spodumene deposit acquisition

East Coast Minerals NL expects to conclude its proposed acquisition of the Austrian Lithium Project in Carinthia, Austria, from leading micaceous iron oxide producer Kärntner Montanindustrie GmbH (KMI) by the end of May.
