Canadian company to process outsourced feedstock as it refurbishes remaining plants
Stans Energy is aiming to restart the production of heavy
rare earths in Kyrgyzstan in 2012 as it refurbishes the Kashka
former-Soviet processing complex.
The Canada-based group acquired the plants in January 2011
from Kyrgyz Chemical Metallurgical Plant (KCMP) for $5.5m.,
