UNITECR: buyers enjoy autumn of bargain prices as exporters rush to use up quotas

Chinese magnesia has experienced an unusual period of low price levels this autumn as exporters and traders have rushed to sell their official 2011 export quotas of the material.

Failure to secure sales of a magnesia export quota, and declare such to MOFTEC before 31 November, will see exporters penalised...
