Chinese Ministry releases bearish PMI for October

Exports of minerals are lower and raw material price has dropped

Despite bullish signals last week from HSBC the Chinese Ministry of Information said on Tuesday that the Chinese manufacturing purchasing managers index was in fact down month on month, at 50.4 in October.
