Body upholds initial ruling but quashes minimum export agreement complaints

The appellate body of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) today dismissed the bulk of China’s appeals against a panel which ruled its export duties and quotas on fluorspar, manganese, and silicon carbide illegal.
