TiO2 prices on the rise for Q2

Increases from DuPont, Tronox, and Japanese producer ISK

Several leading producers of the white pigment titanium dioxide (TiO2) have announced price increases of over $200/tonne.

DuPont, one of the largest TiO2 producers in the world, announced an increase of 20¢/pound ($441/tonne) in the US and Canada for all its Ti-Pure TiO2 grades, effective from 1 April 2012....
