Producers battle with rising costs as global market becomes more competitive

Vermiculite prices, particularly for finer grades, are expected to fall in the coming months, as new producers up their capacities globally.

Market sources explained that end market development in integrating cheaper finer grades, where previously they’d have used coarse, could also have a negative impact.
