Facility to provide rare earths recovery technology by Q1 2013

The Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) is to construct a mineral processing pilot plant in Saskatoon, Canada, designed to improve processes for recovering valuable minerals from ore, The StarPhoenix has reported.
