Russian phosphate producer now owns two thirds of nepheline syenite project

Phosphate producer PhosAgro today announced that it has signed a purchase agreement for the Russian Federation’s share in nepheline syenite   producer OJSC Apatit.

With the signing of the deal, the Russian producer controls two thirds of OJSC Apatit, as it already owns a 57.7% stake...
