City of Binghamton’s moratorium on natural gas drilling 'failed to meet standards'

A New York, US, state judge has revoked a two-year moratorium on fracking in the city of Binghamton, located in the southern tier of the state, marking the first time a local law of this kind has been lifted, The Wall Street Journal reported.
