Tiller Corp. could face fines after work began without environmental paperwork

A silica (frac) sand processing plant in the US is being investigated by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) after claims that it did not have the necessary permits when construction began, local news service Kare 11 has reported.
