Lynas targets year-end production; juniors report drilling and test work updates

Australian rare earths producer Lynas Corp. expects to begin processing minerals at its Malaysian advanced materials plant (LAMP) by the end of 2012. The company said it plans to raise Australian dollar (A$) 200m ($208m)* from an institutional placement and share purchase plan to fund the start-up.
