UK and German steel production holds despite region weakness

Brazil halts production slide; South Korea and Japan fall while China rises

European crude steel production in October 2012 continue to slide year-on-year (y-o-y), but Europe’s largest producer Germany held steady, according to the World Steel Association (worldsteel).
