Company observes marked improvement in the industry; raw material costs a burden

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) pigment producer Kronos Worldwide Inc. has seen its prices decline 22% year-on-year (y-o-y), while sales volumes rose 17% y-o-y to 144,000 tonnes, for Q2 2013.
