RHI technical problems in Norway bring down Q3 operating result

Steel, glass and magnesia markets waver, but some optimism for Q4

Technical problems at RHI’s Norwegian fused magnesia plant cost the company roughly €12m ($16.2m) in Q3 2013, contributing to a lower (-18%) operating result of €32m.
