Oil companies “acted with intent” to delay and hinder; Anadarko expected to appeal

Anadarko Petroleum Corp and its Kerr-McGee unit acted with "intent to hinder" when they spun off titanium dioxide (TiO2) producer Tronox in 2005, a judge ruled late Thursday.
