Prime Minister grants loans to facilitate development of infrastructure and resources

The Japanese Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe, is to visit Mozambique this week to grant the country a $577m loan for the development of infrastructure, which will ease transportation of rare earths from regional nations to the Indian Ocean coast of Africa.
