Imerys post revenue loss for 2013 as euro appreciation bites

Demand picking up in North America, but refractories still lag

Imerys today revealed in its 2013 results that while it had made a 4.8% year-on-year loss on revenue, at €3.7bn ($5bn), it made a 1.2% gain in net income from its current operations, at €304m.
