Iodine and bromine producers seek positives; bauxite industry calls for valuation standard

Chemical mineral prices were in the headlines this week as the iodineindustry sought to promote the positives of a stable, if weaker market, while bromine-producer Chemturasaid that it was seeing pockets of price firming for brominated chemicals outside Asia.
