IM22: Lithium-ion battery market to grow but supply of LCE will outpace demand

Swelling demand for lithium to be used in batteries is often held up as an example of why more supply sources are needed. However, a study by IHS shows that even with substantial demand, there is likely to be too much lithium on the market by 2020.
