US extends anti-dumping order against China; Great Lakes Graphite Inc. completes Quebec acquisition; Buxton Resources starts drilling in Australia

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has voted to extend the current anti-dumping order against imports of small diameter graphite electrodes from China for another five years.

According to the ITC, terminating the order would have resulted in continued dumping by Chinese producers on the US market, causing financial injury...
