The UK must join the debate on EU mineral policy or risk losing its voice

Europe has significant potential in terms of mineral supply, and the EU has in part recognised this with its integrated strategy for sustainable development. However, the UK needs to ensure it takes an active part in the policy debate to ensure objectives translate into effective practice.
