Russian Courts rule in favour of Stans Energy rare earths project

The favourable verdict received from the International Arbitration Court enables the Canadian company to find a positive resolution of the dispute against the government of Kyrgyzstan about its Kutessay II rare earths project and to restart its development shortly.
