Prima Fluorspar changes name and focuses on diamond exploration in Canada

The agreement for the acquisition of diamond deposits in Canada and change of its trading name to “Prima Diamond” follow the company’s recent decision to not acquire fluorspar resources in Mongolia, confirming its intention to temporarily exit the fluorspar industry.

Canadian exploration company Prima Fluorspar has entered into a property option agreement with DG Resource Management Ltd to acquire diamond assets in the Northwest Territories, Canada, making a step back from its fluorspar focus.
