Tariffs could push up domestic nutrient costs after investigation finds evidence of predatory pricing by Russian producers

Ukraine’s Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MEDT) has proposed a threefold increase in duties levied on Russian nitrate fertiliser imports, after an investigation highlighted concerns about predatory pricing by Russian producers.
