Tertiary raises additional cash for its US fluorspar project

The recent placement of ordinary shares in equities will allow the UK-based junior company to fund further exploration at its MB fluorspar project in Nevada, US. The company will focus on its US assets while awaiting permits to mine fluorspar at its Storuman project in Sweden.

UK-based Tertiary Minerals Plc has raised £420,000 ($722,400*) to fund further exploration at its MB fluorspar project in Nevada, US.

The company offered 7.3m new ordinary shares at £0.06/share ($0.10/share) to a small number of institutional investors.
