Stans Energy claims payment from Kyrgyzstan for its rare earths deposit

The company’s request to the Kyrgyz government to pay damages caused by the dispute at its Kutessay II deposit, follows favourable ruling from the International Arbitration Court in Moscow, and the outcome will determine whether the company will continue with its Kutessay II development.

TSX-V listed Stans Energy Corp. has formally requested that the government of Kyrgyzstan pays the sum of $118.2m for the damages caused by the dispute surrounding its Kutessay II rare earths deposit near the city of Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
