PotashCorp. rehires workers as it considers production volume increases

The Canadian potash miner plans to take back staff made redundant last year as the company plans to increase production for 2015, with China seen as an area of significant future growth. The company will also be observing the possible merger of CF Industries and Yara, which could create a rival fertiliser company of near equal magnitude.

PotashCorp. of Saskatchewan is to rehire around 100 workers it laid off in December last year, as it mulls plans to raise its 2015 potash output.
