Group DF confirms TiO2 production suspended in Ukraine

After the closure of its ammonia facilities owing to the political instability in Ukraine, Group DF has now had its TiO2 operations forcefully disrupted, and all manufacturing has ground to a halt. The company has however said that it will not move away from TiO2 as a core business.

Group DF has confirmed to IM that its titanium dioxide (TiO2) business operations in Volnogorsk, Ukraine, are still suspended, following a seizure of control at the company’s facilities at the end of September.
