StratMin secures five-year offtake with major graphite buyer

The UK-listed, Madagascar-focused company had a nervous few months over the summer as it sought to tie down a buyer for its Loharano graphite. Securing an offtake agreement is a vote of confidence in the project’s quality and reliability and prompted a long-awaited rally in StratMin’s share price.

UK-listed StratMin Global Resources Plc saw its shares skyrocket by more than 80% on London’s AIM today, after it announced that it had signed a five-year offtake agreement for “all the material it can produce within a predetermined product specification” from its Loharano flake graphite project in Madagascar. ...
