Australian rare earths miner Lynas Corp. has completed a pro-rata renounceable entitlement offer to shareholders, raising Australian dollar (A$) 71m ($62.5m*).

Under this offer, the company’s shareholders are entitled to subscribe for five new ordinary fully paid Lynas shares for 14 existing shares held as of 3 October, and...
